BIO: Rochita Loenen-Ruiz grew up in the Philippines where old superstitions still flourish. Who's to say they aren't true? Her work has been published online and in print, abroad as well as in her home country The Philippines. She maintains several blogs, writes reviews and columns for online and print publications, and edits poetry for the online magazine, Haruah: Breath of Heaven. She is also co-author of "Hope Away from Home" (OMF Lit, Philippines 2007).
